I get this sometimes if I haven’t worked for a few days. I think the water sitting in the hoses suds up a bit especially when it’s warm.  Only lasts a few windows. Nothing to worry about I’d say

The pure in your hoses dissolves chemicals inside the hose and the water bubbles till it's washed through.  Happens more the longer you leave it in there and the warmer it is. After a summer break it can be quite spectacular.

As the hose ages it becomes less of a problem.

After a break or the weekend on the first clean I tend to connect as I leave the van so it's run through by the time I start actually cleaning. From the pic below, I'd suggest it could leave marks if you don't run it through.

From ages ago, a comparison of pure left in the hose for the best part of a week and water run fresh.

If someone has used suds to clean their windows prior to you cleaning them will start to bubble when you clean them with pure using wfp.
Also some plants will leave a thin film on the glass that are close to ground level windows that bubble up being difficult to clean.

Like has been said this seems to be largely a spring and summer issue when the water has sat in a warm hose for any length of time. As soon as it's flushed through it's fine. I have PU pole hoses that are probably five years old that still do it.
As it usually only takes a few seconds to flush through I just usually wait till it's running clear before moving onto the second window of the morning.
