afternoon guys
just a quick one really
we have just started asking customers for google reviews and some are saying they are unable to !
i think this is because they don't have a google account, or it's unverified or they're not logged in etc.
apart from the ones that just don't want to, is there a work around for this, ie is there some software or another way they can leave s google review, before i try another platform
google reviews are very good for ranking and being found on-line etc..

I would agree with the matter you need a Google account to post a review. Some people aren’t interested or want to put the effort in. You can only ask and they will or won’t.

People also forget or get busy with other things. So could be worth asking more than once though not pestering.

Those steps are put in place to try and validate reviews and prevent the spamming of fake ones.
