Going to do a demo clean and quote tommorow for a hotel, possible 86 bedroom + foyer etc for me to clean, never priced up an hotel before and wondered if anyone could offer advice, ill be using a truckmount and can access all 4 floors quite easiliy, think the rooms are around 10sqm ish, but not sure of condition, how much would everyone charge for a maintenance clean?

How much can you do in 1 day ?

say it's a 2 day job for instance and you want £300 per day quote £600.

Don’t forget to add in the slave labourer cost, two is better than one, excluding self which is the major cost.

i was thinking that myself len. its a full clean or nothing with a t/m i would think

i cleaned a nursing home last year 52 bedrooms 7 corridors 7 lounge diners 2 foyers and a large canteen it took 2 long days but i got £4,200 inc vat
