Going to do a demo clean and quote tommorow for a hotel, possible 86 bedroom + foyer etc for me to clean, never priced up an hotel before and wondered if anyone could offer advice, ill be using a truckmount and can access all 4 floors quite easiliy, think the rooms are around 10sqm ish, but not sure of condition, how much would everyone charge for a maintenance clean?

How much can you do in 1 day ?

say it's a 2 day job for instance and you want £300 per day quote £600.

Obviously these are figure plucket from the air.

Don’t forget to add in the slave labourer cost, two is better than one, excluding self which is the major cost.

Can one do maintenance clean with a TM? ;D ;D :P

i cleaned a nursing home last year 52 bedrooms 7 corridors 7 lounge diners 2 foyers and a large canteen it took 2 long days but i got £4,200 inc vat  :) :)
