Do they want a VAT invoice?

If the other two sides are the same with no porch I reckon an hour's work once regular. Would price at £100 first clean and £75.00 thereafter.

I don't do gutters anymore. But looks really easy.

You once rang me and offered to show how to make £80 ph window cleaning, for a fee obviously.
Now I’d like to help you here but there is a fee obviously 😁

Possibly. I bow to your wisdom and amend my position to an hour and twenty and £100.

I've got a similar size commercial job.in fact I'm cleaning it today.its 8 weekly.i charge £90 which is probably a bit underpriced but it only takes an hour and they are very good payers so I'm happy.
price higher/work harder!
