Need help - Dont know how to quote...
« on: July 25, 2006, 05:52:13 pm »
Hi
I have a window cleaning business using wfp RO/DI system but got a call from a Property management company that would like me to quote for the window cleaning.
They went on to ask me if I can clean the lobbies and stairs as they need a new cleaner for that too. I said yes as it is an ideal oppertunity to expand and they are now sending me all the information so I can prepare my quotes.
I know how to quote for the window cleaning but how do you guys quote for the stairs and lobbies? I presume its hoovering, dusting and wiping down walls but do you supply plug-in air fresheners etc?
I dont know the size of the property yey but I was told there are 43 apartments. Do you charge by the hour and how much?

Thanks in advance

Adie

This question and many variations of it has been answered many times already

Search the archive for quotes/tenders etc

There is no one right way - its a learning process - a lot depends on what your potential client expects and the potential value to you - more value = more effort = more professional looking
