Hi guys.

I want to shift some responsibility back on to the people who drive our vehicles ie weekly recording of mileage, checking tyres, oil, water.

So the question is, does anybody have a template that I could borrow ?

Simple spread sheet, you only realy need what you mention. Driver name and times of use / dates  tick boxes for oil, water and tyres checked.

Weekly mieladge recorded when you take in the sheets at the end of the week.

 Remember that used oil is carcinagenic and you should provide disposable gloves for them when the check this
