After your first page(your intro letter saying how grateful they have chosen you to quote bla bla..)
I would first list all the areas you will clean, then what you intend to do on a daily basis, then weekly, monthly etc, Then your price, break this down, materials etc,vat etc, then info about your company, references etc, also other things you might provide, loo rolls, towels,carpet cleaning, window cleaning etc, Terms and conditions, 2 x contracts, one for them to sign and one for you to keep, a copy of you PLI insurance, present it in a nice folder and there you go, if you need any help with document templates just shout, if i don't have the your after, someone will.
