Don’t mind early starts especially this time of year!

I can start anytime between 4am and 6am and finished anywhere between 10 and 1

Mondays I start at 10 and finish at 2 and that’s because I party too hard over the weekend so bloody knackered on Mondays  ;D

Glad its cooling down tomorrow these last 2 weeks have been unbearable, absolutely hate working in this weather.  Im going to have to work tomorrow as ive got naff all done this week.

I think yesterday was a tad hotter than today here

Haven’t really noticed a hot day this year, except for the mini heatwave last week.

So do I normally, but this weather has slowed me right down, probably only been doing 70% of what I normally do in a day. Supposed to be a drop of rain tomorrow can't wait.

When it is hot what I find helps a lot is to drink Dioralyte, or equivalent, to replace salts and electrolytes we excrete in hot weather.

At the moment I drink it before I go to work, but may experiment with time later in summer and hotter weather.

Plenty of ice cold fluids helps me , I drank about 3 Ltrs today & yesterday plus a break at 10am to have some fruit & chicken. It has been rather hot this week

20 is as hot as you need.

This hot weather has had no affect on my pace of work...if anything its speeded up a notch....I'm only young though(51 in oct)....

If your older then I can understand if you need to take it easy a bit in the hot weather....

Everyone should be taking it easier in these temps daz heat exhaustion isn't worth risking.

If you ain't slowing down when it's hot  then I can only assume your pace isn't that high to begin with.

No way can I rush about as normal when it's 27 degrees I'd collapse.  Dripping in sweat and suncream by 11am I've only been managing to work till 1 ish this week.
