I would appreciate any help in sourcing any documents that would help me to formulate a cleaning contract with potential customers. The purpose is to make hard won customers more secure in there agreing to use our services.

Robert, it seems your TOB are in demand!! I am currently writing our TOB, H & S policy, confidentiallity policy etc....I would be most grateful if you would forward a copy of your TOB as I am struggling a little with this!

Although I have been a member of the forum for a couple of years, we are only just starting to trade and consequently, I have only really starting to log on in the last couple of days. I am amazed at how hopeful people are!! It is really comforting to know that the industry is made up of like minded individuals who want to genuinely help others!

I'm currently, like Steve, writing up my H & S Policy etc and though I am managing it is always nice to get a few more ideas on how it should be done......never done one before. I'm hoping you won't mind if I get ideas or rip some from yours to add to mine........................................or simply just use yours!
