You should get yourself a salt/grit spreader and get some private contracts soupy keep your guy's working when the weather is extreme and keeps you earning 😎👍

-2 overnight here forecast. I’ll stick the heater in the van I reckon. 2nd time it’s been used this winter which is a record. Didn’t get used the last 2 winters.

A guy that works with me does gritting, it's all middle of the night and seems like hard work.

A guy that works with me does gritting, it's all middle of the night and seems like hard work.

Screw that.

One of my customers has got a farm. I think he's a workaholic. He does lawn mowing, tree felling, rears sheep (got 86 triplets coming in February) geese and chickens and does gritting. Him and his Mrs hardly ever have a holiday due to their commitments. Screw that for a game of soldiers.
