Pigeon Poo Removal

Be interested if anyone was willing to share what they are pricing up large scale pigeon poo removal at, I’ve got 230 square metres which is a couple of inches thick through the building, I’m thinking 6 people for 3 days should crack it but just wondered if anyone doing it regular had some sort of formula they use for estimating the labour element.

If thats what you think it takes thats how you price it - 6 men x 3 days x 8 hours a day x your hourly rate

add in the cost of PPE and skip/waste management

I'd be outsourcing if you are asking questions on a forum.

It’s not really the H&S aspects I’m concerned with, just wondered if anyone was doing this type of thing regularly and and whether they were charging any sort of premium rate for it, we’d pay an enhanced rate for the staff anyone due to the nature of the work, just didn’t want to see myself off.
I’ll just stick with our enhanced rate then
