does anybody use waste ro water for anything?
« on: September 27, 2020, 02:56:12 pm »
Was thinking of plumbing up a system to water my garden next year with my waste RO water. At the moment my waste water goes to a soakaway and get a rebate on my bill. At the very least I should water the garden and lawn with it, was thinking of using it to flush the loo... anyone else on here done anythign similar?

My waste runs straight into my garden, the grass and plants love it!!!
Also give it to the cats, they wont touch tap water now, and water the house plants with it too!

You’ll get spotting on the windscreen  :D
We look at them, they look through them.

mine has been going into the garden pond for the last 5 or 6 years just made sure there was a low spot for the excess water to drain away to without effecting any paths or buildings  ,water always crystal clear and no pump or filters required so a maintenance free pond and no  harm to the fish at all
