I have an Ashby ninja machine but the thermostat has been damaged and other parts  corroded. Have tested the heating element which works fine. All wires are missing.
I phoned Ashby but no engineers are available on the parts and for wiring information. Catherine the owner had sent me a photo of the thermostat and a thermo switch. Photos attached but not sure if it needs anything else.
Has anyone fitted or had to replace the parts before ?
