Sat &  Sun   have now become classed as a normal day.      i often go out for a few hours,     means you can have a lie in  on a monday if deserved

Great way to get noticed by neighbours also,  who otherwise are at work

Some employees may think logging weekend hours is good for their career, but lot of research suggests it's bad for their health ,And overwork and sleeping problems, depression and heart disease can be a arise such major problems.
