Hi Steven, I've got one of the older ones.. with 2 smaller heads.. to be fair I find it very good.. but it does leave swirl marks on the carpet which take a lot of grooming to get rid of..  I've not tried the newer 360 though..

Had one a few years back, never  really got on with it especially in houses, prefer the wand.
