Perhaps it's the clients  you go for, a 10% discount for OAP's will get them running (don't laugh) but all customers have an expiry date.

it is reckoned you lose 20% of your customer base per year. This is due to moving, dying etc. Thats not to say the other 80% is going to use you again anyway.

Hi

Carpet Cleaning
Domestic Cleaning
Upholstery Cleaning
Car Valeting
Window Cleaning
Commercial Cleaning
Contact Cleaning
Builders Cleans
Wheelie Bin Cleaning
Gum Removal Cleaning
Office Cleaning
Leather Cleaning
Powerwash Cleaning
EOT Cleaning

It is all the same thing...

One week/ year/ month you are flavour of the moment, next they forget who you are. It is a constant, transient business.

Anyone in this business knows that.

I am mobbed at the moment and can barely keep up, yet I might be dead next week/ Month/ year, plus you get yearly fluctuations, people move, people who handle the contracts move on, people die, fall out with you etc, etc ad infinitum

Welcome to business

Regards
