« on: February 18, 2020, 11:42:52 am »
I have been offered a van mounted Whale hot pressure washing system by Falch

I know they are good bits of kit - but has anyone used/owned one it was originally a trailer system but been converted for use in a van

do you what the max temp will be is it 1 or 2 operator system ?

cheers

Got a fair bit of experience  with Falch and the HQ of Whale is around the corner to me plus I know one of their Senior Engineers.  So my opinion is they are good, they have a brilliant reputation and they work very well.  My only criticisms are that they are very expensive and slightly over engineered.  I have had a couple of the 300 Bar models and one of the 500 Bar versions performance on all of them was brilliant as long as you have access to a big tank or a FH Key otherwise you struggle to run them to full capacity.  I hope this helps

The one you are looking at is 10-155 Degrees, 30-300 Bar  8-18 LPM

Cheers Kev,

Not sure yet - guy said 4500 PSI which would lead me to say you are correct

its, ex council and comes with 4 reels - flash FSC - a dozen lances and nozzles

ive just got to pop over and look at it and hopefully see it running

We already use  FH's on larger works so thats not an issue - returning it to trailer mount might be as a couple of the younger guys can't tow
