Hi All
Would a 21 lpm Mazzoni burner when used with a 21plm washer generate steam or just hot water? I plan to do more patios and roofs in the future and am figuring out what kit to get.
Cheers.

Your flow is dependant on your jet size not just the max pump flow. I can get steam with my 35lt machine through my old hotbox
I would guess you would get steam with a lance but a trijet FSC might struggle

The theory behind upsizing the hot box is that you get max temp/steam while at full chat and not having to reduce flow
