I started off with a Nilfisk when i began 7 years ago and now have a SkyVac. Its a great machine but there is always a time when the ladder has to come out.

My advice would be to try and find good second hand equipment especially the carbon poles which are a very high price to a new starter.  Consider at the start only having enough poles and end pieces to clean the gutters of a terraced property. People will see you gutter cleaning and sometimes make enquiries.

Good luck!
