I'm looking up van insurance options for going forward, from what I've been reading it's generally the smaller the van the cheaper the cost, then if it's in a yard it's cheaper and if drivers are over 25 etc. But going from one van/driver to two or three vans with 4 drivers should I be expecting it to cost three times as much on a multi van policy. I know there's so many variables but need to ask to get an idea.

Fleet insurance? I looked at it but it was still cheaper to have single policies for our vans. The age of the van makes a difference too. Or that might be for recovery, can’t remember. Will everyone be insured on every van?

Initially I'll add one van for two men and they'll need to be insured for both vans and then maybe add another if it's worth it. Something like pre reg kangoo lwb's.

Slightly off topis but I can't help but wonder what the long term future is for the Vivaro/ Trafic partnership with PSA (Peugeot/Citroen) buying the European leg of GM (Vauxhall and Opel.)

PSA and Renault complete for the same market. I don't know how the very top management of both companies react with each other, but they do give the vibe of fierce competition further down the ladder.

So will we see a Vivaro take on the Dispatch/Expert badge and the Renault and Nissan go it alone. How will Toyota fair on the back of all this. Interesting times.

Not a long term future

A door on drivers side for me is essential.  all depends on the way its parked in driveway.    mines with drivers side door ,  so access needed to fill tank etc.   charge leisure battery .
