Soft washing and egg stains...

Anyone had any joy with removing egg stains from render with the usual hypo mix?

Will use high pressure if needs be, but wondering if anyone has had any joy softwashing it...

sorry no - I would most likely use super heated steam cleaning

egg it horrid stuff - if I get some to clean on November 1st I'll post my results

I’ll be doing the job tomorrow Darran,

Plan is to softwash all render, then, use high pressure with a fan nozzle if the egg asn’t budged with the hypo.

Will post results tomorrow!

I haven’t got a steam cleaning machine unfortunately.

Job done.

Render came up well as expected, egg stains mostly disappeared with the hypo. Needed a bit of pressure washing after, still a very faint mark where the egg was.

Seems softwashing does indeed shift a fair amount of egg. Not perfect though!
