Standardized pricing
« on: August 21, 2019, 08:07:25 pm »
Im looking at taking on a lot of gutter cleaning, mainly apartment blocks. I would like to streamline the pricing process so has anybody got any standard values they use? i.e. just measuring the meterage and price per meter? This way i can send one of the lads to measure up and i can not spend ages working out how long it will take me, just a simple math question.

Thanks

I do a few and quote them £3 a meter. I'm based in the North West.

I have a very scientific method  ;D

3 storeys £150 minimum then its £80 per 10 meters

2 storeys £50 per 10 meters

I don't measure other than judge by eye - if the gutters are overflowing or have snow boards then add 50% to the above
