best disinfectant

Can any body recommend a suitable disinfectant , to be applied after a bird dropping clean in a factory,
the clean is taking place in a disused part of factory that is in a semi derelict state,

Check out this webpage, it lists a spray,  if you can find MSDS SHEET you could find the active ingredient then find a bulk chemical
