Caravan Carpets
« on: June 03, 2019, 12:53:58 pm »
Hi All

Help!  What is the best way for me to clean my caravan carpets?  They are not very big, there are 4 of them, they are decent quality and about 20 SqFt each.  They are however, quite heavily soiled and will continue to get so because I want to use them not leave them in a bag nice and new!  I am happy enough to get a Pro in if you think it is the best solution!  I do however, have a Klindex Maxi Orbit with some bonnets but how do you get em to stay put when your Bonnetting them?

Cheers in Advance

what kind of bonnets do u have  ,   the really thin oversized bonnets stay put the best  ...  the thick ones u use with a standard rotary dont  , some of the thick ones can be cut in two as they are made of two sewed together .

Thanks for the reply!  I don't have a problem getting the bonnets to stay put it  is the carpets I  am talking about.  I want to pop them out of the van and bonnet them but how do you get the carpets to stay put whilst your bonneting them?

Cheers

;D ok , the carpets are loose on a floor  ...        i cant think of anything other than putting something heavy at one end  ... also if u can do one on top of another it might be less likely to slide around .

I will probably do that and take you up on that offer Steve , but will couple it with the office to make it worth your while.
