Salary advice
« on: April 22, 2019, 02:23:29 pm »
Hi All
Trying to do away with hourly rates for some of my commercial cleaners, carpet cleaner is a priority.
At the moment i pay a good hourly rate of £15 with a minimum guarantee per week (we pay pay monthly) regardless of hours.
Is there a standard weekly wage (Epsom Surrey)
They are asking where is the upside ie potential earnings they can achieve in a month/week ? any ideas
Conscious that cash flow is an issue and maybe a percentage of profit might be an option.
Thanks in advance.

not sure what you are actually asking for ?

you pay £15 p/h - so are the staff on zero hours ?
are they self employed ?
