I'm a canvasser with 5 years window canvassering experiance and 20 years sales experience, I change for the first two cleans, and you only pay me once you done the first clean, I get the work you pay me and then I go back out for you for more work, if the customer cancels within the first two cleans I simply replace the work that you lost to that value. The average loss on new work is about 30%.
