Hi Mike, you can clean mattresses using Dynamall at 1-10 dilution. It contains Hydrogen Peroxide which is a sanitiser and also deals with bad staining. It reverts to plain water after a short time. Also because it's a Polymer based product when it dries it is totally inert. Simply spray on, agitate with drill brush preferably then vac off, no rinse. Another plus is they are usually dry within 30-60 minutes. Wet cleaning can leave them wet for up to a day.
