Normally dye stains on carpet are pretty much impossible to remove (yeh, Ive come accross other cc's who havent bothered to place anything under wooden furniture too). They are either too lazy or just havent got a clue. I wonder which one :P

I have had some succes beore on relatively new wood dye marks caused by a retailer I look after, where it was raining on the day of delivery of furniture, feet got a bit wet - well you know the rest. By using a solvent I got all of it out even though it had dried in. But I guess thats why, it was reasonably fresh.
