PROCHEM PURE CLEAN
« on: June 28, 2006, 02:37:39 pm »
Has anyone else tried this chemical yet?  I have been using it for about a month now and have been getting very good results with it.  It is a powder that contains no soaps or enzymes.  It mixes VERY EASILY.  It is doing the job rioght first time every time so far.

can never understand it when people says a chem dosnt work for them but did for others ??? dos a powder change its form when used by diffrent people or something ?    ???  very strange   it either cleans a carpet or it dosnt  surely it has to be the same results nevermind what person is using it ?

Gary, couldnt agree more!!!! Even allowing for a good tech as opposed to a not so good one, the

chemical is still the same. On a like for like carpet or situation surely the clean would be the same?

Makes you wonder what the one is doing as opposed to the other? Gary, when you off to Spain? and ,

sorry you couldnt sell your kit, or have you? Best, Dave.

Hi Guys,

Prochem's Pure Clean is sodium tripolyphosphate like all the other 'microsplitters'.

I have 4 tubs waiting at my supplier so I will be trying it soon, but i'm expecting similar results to the other MS , but cheaper because I'll bring the water ;)

Cheers

Doug

sorry Gary and  Liahona i could not disagree with you more.
I  am the guy who offered carpet clean my tub of pure clean.
When i used it i found that it didnt do as good a job as other detergents i use or as good as some  other m/s .So i dont use it .
If every body thought the same about a chemical we would all be using 1 detergent or one m/s.
Most cc have their favorites and use what they think does the best job.

Steve,

Before trying/using Pure clean i was using Prochem POWER BURST or SOLUTIONS/ONE STEP ms.  I can honestly say that i can get the same high standard of cleaning with the Pure Clean.  For 4 weeks i have been using it and still have the other chemicals at my disposal but have not needed to reach for them.  Some of the customers that i clean for EXPECT high quality cleaning and with the Pure Clean i can do this for them.

Alot of CCs say that they cannot get quality results with MS so does this mean they do not work?

The added benefit of using PURE CLEAN is that it works out ALOT CHEAPER than using SOLUTIONS OR ONE STEP.

As with SOLUTIONS OR ONESTEP,     PURE CLEAN will not cause/affect asthma.  I know this because i suffer with asthma.

Richie.

Ritchie,
Im sure you get great results with pure clean and i sure your customers are very happy,I just found that the results wernt any better than with a pre-spray(detergent) or solutions2 or with one step. I didnt come on a forum and slag of pure clean as i know different people like different chems, but its good for you to come on and  say" hey  ive tried pureclean its great give it a go."
Some body told me today that it works well in a t/m,so to you use it as a pre-spray on in the tank?

Steve, so what are you saying?   Is it that you didnt find the results any better or didnt find the results as good?  So far at this stage of testing Pure Clean i dont think its any better than MS or decent detergent type chemicals however, it is certainly giving me the same high standard results.  There are chemicals out there that dont work aswell for me.

I find all the below to give good results to a high standard.

CARPET PRE-SPRAYS     IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER

Prochem Pure Clean POWDER
Prochem Power Burst POWDER
Prochem Double Clean POWDER
Prochem Trafficlean LIQUID
Solutions MS Range LIQUID
One Step MS Range LIQUID
HydraMaster Blitz POWDER
HydraMaster Fast Break LIQUID

Thats the thoyghts that i have Dave.    I am at the moment though only using Pure Clean however, if i come across that is really dirty i pre-spray half n half, after extraction look at the resultss and they are the same.  If it carries on like this i will just use Pure Clean.  Im still waiting to clean a badly soiled pub or club so i can see what the results will be like.

I suppose when i try a new chem im looking for it to better than my existing chems so perhaps when its the same im slightly dissapointed.
SO  gather from your post you just use it as a pre spray and not in your tank?

I use it as a pre-spray, and rinse with just fresh water.

Your getting very brave in your old age Rich, rinse with clear water?
Are you working on your own or are you working for someone else?

Hi Dave,  im working for someone but alone (if you get what i mean) at the moment.  I have heard in the grapevine that there may be a job opening for me within a totally different line of work.  Its doing something that i really enjoy and im good at it aswell. ??? ??? ???

By the way Dave, its not that im getting brave in my old age by extracting with just clear water.  Pure Clean is giving the results that HIGH END CUSTOMERS require.   Sorry about today mate, didnt see your post regarding being in Sutton untill this afternoon.

Richie.

Dave, if memory serves me correctly, you said that Pure Clean also does a good job on leather sofas.   If this is right what ratio are you mixing the chemical at.

If ever it may of been on a shot suite ready for the skip. On the type of work your talking about I don't think it would be the product to use. 8)
keep saying things like that I'll loose what ever street cred I have. :-X
My street creds going down hill at  great knots now since I sold my Hydramaster machine.  :-\
But then again look at Skoda who can afford one of their cars now?
Times do change and for the better one would hope. :-*
