Well it looks like summer was short and sweet this year again, was nice while it lasted though.

Lets hope winter is not so harsh this year, its drawing in.

I wouldn't say over - I'd say back to normal. We had two blistering months and now its a normal warm and mildly damp August. (Here in Bristol) anyway.

im off to playa blanca in lanzarote in a couple of weeks in a 5 star hotel all inclusive for a week.it should be sunny over there......... 8)

a well earned break before the winter sets in! ;)
price higher/work harder!

There’s one criteria that separates a 5* Hotel from a 4* hotel and you haven’t listed it. Nor will you - as it’s something that won’t likely occur to you as something that holds credibility in the rating stakes.

timanfaya palace hotel..... 8) :D.....its just been refurbished too! ;)

Yep. A 5* hotel always has a concierge and 24 hour access. Wonder if Daz has actually ever been to one. Hes always banging on about them.  ;D
