No but that’s quite interesting- I suppose once you’ve got enough customers, you grow organically anyway so you could disappear of the map and stop advertising altogether
i doubt anyone who acts on a leaflet is really going to trawl through google reviews - and if its only 1 or 2 that shouldn't bother them either Darran

I did have one person come up to me whilst working though to say she wouldn’t use us because our reviews were bad and we were nasty when customers cancel.
I only have a website as a point of reference for my existing clients and for newly interested ones to check out. I don't use if for advertising and I'm getting tired of Google marketing people phoning me to offer this n other to higher me on the search.
If you dont need it you dont need it.I get almost all my customers via the internet, its a great tool used properly. Not so many via website but Lead Generation, social media, etc and reviews certainly help.It is open to abuse but the idea is you should aim to drown bad reviews with positive ones, afterall 98% positive looks more authentic than 100%, no one is perfect.However if you dont push positive reviews the only ones you will get are negative.
