Hi hope someone can help
I've just bought the above system
was not new guy said he had only used it a few time 😲😲😲

I've put some new resien in the vessel today but water is still reading 220 on my
TDS METER  it's 320 to start

could there be somthing wrong with the trolley

1st time I've used pure water and I'm losing the will with it at the moment

Hi Ian
 it sounds like the resin needs changing.
your tap water is quite  a high TDS. So it will need changing more often
where I live my tap water is around 65 TDS, and I go through a 25KG bag  Around every 10 weeks.

oh sorry , I misread your post. ididnt see the part where you said you had changed the resin.
sometimes it needs to run a little and it gradually comes down

I've got it down to 117 but that still seems
high

Sounds like a problem with the vessel, probably the riser tube is not seated in the head correctly.

I'm guessing it's the cap that screws on the top ?

... are you running water of 320 ppm straight into your resin?

Trying to use 300 s with a di only is not wise .

As above comments, your wateris very high and ideally you need a RO and DI

Yes , definitely- you need to buy an RO .
Have a look at www.daqua.co.uk and give him a ring , very helpful guy named Doug I think. Let him know how much water you need on a day to day basis and he’ll be able to help you out.
