Just sent an email to them and they have responded office hours are 8 till 5 but if you need emergency help like if you cannot access your account click here.

That doesn't work either?

Not a great situation this, I'm a night before txt'er.

i always download my next weeks worksheet on the friday before( so if i got any sync problems i could still text the night before)

Cheers for the tip, that's what I'll be doing from now on too.

So your business is at the mercy of someone else. Whom also has information on all your customers.

What are they going to do, copy my exact appearance and van then turn up and do my work?

that is a fantastic idea.   ;D ;D ;D ;D

Look at the end of the day, if it works for you its fine its just my opinion.

However coming from an IT sales background, personally to have my business backed up 'on the cloud' with a third party data center managing that data i feel that its riskier.  Don't believe the rubbish that your data is 100% secure, trust me it isn't. if the data exists, and the cloud has access, it can be cracked, it can be accessed, and your business is exposed to a degree.

Much better to have a stand alone system, stand alone database, isolated from the internet. That way you are 100% secure from online hacking, cracking, and being a willing 'captive' customer. These companies can do anything with your data, even if it just to squeeze more monthly subscription from you, for upgrading to this or that.

Your business is at the mercy of the water companies and fuel suppliers and the company that made your vehicle for starters. Theres a long line of companies we are all dependant on, those are just for starters.

Hi all,

Apologies for the inconvenience. While the app is very much online, some users are having trouble accessing it this evening. We're looking into what appears to be a networking issue and will have an update for you as soon as possible.

Thanks,

Rob

Hi again,

Just a quick update for anyone who was affected by this issue but didn't email in (everyone who did we've spoken to personally). This issue has now been resolved. It was a temporary networking/DNS issue that was unfortunately beyond our control. We had a workaround at the ready (by way of a temporary URL) which we fortunately didn't need as everyone who replied is now able to access the software. If you are still experiencing any issues please email us at support@cleanerplanner.com.

Thanks,

Rob

All was working for me, slightly late I know but just saying I think it’s a great app. Can see what people say about the con’s but as someone else also said; the pro’s out way it.

If Lee Doesn’t mind using it for his round that is exceptionally more larger then mine and worth a lot more to any hacker, then I trust my round is safe 😂
