Airflex pro 400 psi

How do folks.

We have an Airflex 400psi Pro.
A few months ago had problems with the pump. After a good strip down, cleaned and re - lubed we were back up and running.

A few weeks ago the pump packed in again.
Pumptec 205v service kit A & B ordered and fitted on Friday. After a quick test all seemed fine.

Machine was sent out to work yesterday but encountered problems.
Pump is priming ok but no pressure at the wand unless turned up to the max 400psi but doesn't seem like much pressure at wand and quite sketchy at times.

All the usual checks have been done ie.. In tank mushroom filter clean and with space from inlet.
Filters in wand jet clean and clear.

We do have a slight leak at the trigger assembly? Will that cause a loss in pressure?
Anything else that can be causing a drop in pressure?
No ware to pump head and stuffing box and brand new plunger fitted.
We've even tried to put priming hose into vac inlet with vacs on (read on another post)

Any other things to try??

Alex

Sounds as if there is a problem with the pressure regulating valve (the one you turn to adjust the pressure)

Thanks for the reply.
It was indeed the regulator pin in the pressure valve.
Replaced, and now runs sweet.
