Hi all.An office block in Islington EC1 needs doing ASAP.I’m out of action for the foreseeable future so unable to do it.Needs doing every 3 months so there’s a good chance I’ll need it doing again if things don’t improve.It’s 4 storeys high and needs doing front and back,all wfp obviously.Access to the rear would need to be through the bottom floor so would have to be during office hours so the tenant could let you through.I did advertise this on here a few months back and had a few replies but since deleted emails so I can’t get back in touch so if anybody is interested get in touch for more details.Would need doing in the next week or two really as the tenants are getting on the letting agency’s back.The rear of the property is a bit of a pain with the access issues but it takes me no more than a mornings work,if that.
