Keep working.
Never had a week of bad weather (thankfully)our guys are on 'flex' so so days they work 4 hrs some uptown 10 hrs (usually summertime) we provide a minimum of 150 hrs per month so if rained off etc.. its recorded as zero and they either work a little longer the following days or come in saturday for catch up work - in the unlikely event they don't hit 150 hrs we still pay that amount but they owe us the difference ( say they worked 140 ) and catch those hours up the next monthgenerally the guys work around 160 to 170 hours per month Darran
