The next video up was Leicester window shine who were the total opposite!
That's pretty much how I clean them apart from the the top. Although I've got a couple of houses where the water runs down the building and onto the windows below which has etched the glass and they get a couple of rinses.

I think that window gets cleaned so frequently that it never gets dirty, hence why he doesn't need to rinse.
And he probably has a high flow rate.

That’s pretty much what I do most of the time. Twice over though rather than once and often side to side rather than up and down, but I have the pump on full and they probably get more water than a guy that does the same and THEN rinses. Mine’s mostly 8 weekly too, hence spending a bit more time cleaning glass.

Pump on full wack, very little need to hang around.

I run at full speed, thats the pump - scrubbing and rinsing.

with reference to the second video.....overkill in my opinion, not needed on maintenance cleans....but each to his own

Very similar, thats the beauty of maintenance cleans (4weekly).  I normally do two passes, the 2nd one is effectively the rinse

i always rinse the windows/frames (usually brush off)after scrubbing.some of my 4 weekly work is pretty dirty after 4 weeks(depending on the weather, location and time of year).ive tried not rinsing before and left brush marks and dirt on the windows so its not for me.

im still on schedule and not 3 weeks behind like adam is (im working 5 or 6 hours a day) so i must be doing something right.(i have around 350 jobs too). :)

Yes this guy is a big hitter on the other forum , that window he has just cleaned was already clean so it doesn’t need cleaning let alone rinsing ide like him to come and try his technique on the windows we do down hear if he didn’t rinse he would have a right old mess and most of our customers are 4 weekly , not the way we would want to work as the phone would be red hot with complaints : pity really as if they did work we could double our earnings at least 😂😂😂😂😂

Yep i do agree as well. He should have mentioned factors such as bad seals etc can mean that this particular technique wont work.
But as ive found out on my other threads, there are so many factors that come into play for other shiners to get the same results as the other chap.  For instance the huge majority of my 4weekly work still have clean frames n sills similar to tbis guys window.   However ones have commented how their 4wkly work aren't as clean as that and especially if you live by the coast etc

I've got a block of flats that I was planning on doing today, it's cleaned 8 Weekly but that's not far of what they get. However there's a close window that always leaves a run mark from the wooden frame, you get them with old double glazing so you can't say do this for all windows.

A big hitter? Lol
I found it arrogant to be honest. Whilst some windows can be cleaned this way some of mine have spiders nests in the corners that I need to remove with my finger, spiders poo, bee poo (pollen spots) and bird poo, these require more cleaning.
1 of his videos he uses a mono brushe on leaded windows ,the stuck on type. They can be used of course but I've lifted and removed lead with a mono as it tends to bump over them. Flocked I've found to be far better. Any newbies may think a mono brush will suit all glass.

dont forget the grit that splashes on frames/glass from some gutters if we ve had heavy rain(which we ve had a lot of lately!).i have to pre soak and scrub and rinse a fair few times to get them clean even with hot water.

then theres certain types of glass that requires extra rinsing to get all the little bits of dirt off...usually dirty hydrophobic glass..

There will always be exceptions but if anything it shows just how easy it is to clean a window without the need for nonsense
and faff.

Yes we have just just done some 4 weekly jobs today and they are 300 meters away from the sea , the windows were opaque due to salt they Evan had sand on them using hot water does the job in half the time it used to take with cold it desolves  the salt so much quicker , that tecneque in the video wouldn’t work on any of my customers windows , wish it did as we could double our turn over
