Brass letter box and door handles
«
on:

Hi Guys and Gals,
Has anyone got any advise on cleaning/restoring brass(possibly coated) door handles.
They have like a clear coating which is chipping off and when i tried brasso although it cleaned some areas it looks patchy where the coating is coming off. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Dave

I think Phil means white Scotch pad. This is an "abrasive" pad which isn't abrasive if you know what I mean.
