May be selling up to move in around 6 months. All in Essex between Brentwood & Wickford and nearby.

Round is carried out by myself, mix of 4 and 8 weekly with a handful 12 weekly.
Most work has been established for around 4 years only good customers have been kept.

All wfp. Around 45-50 p/h avg some higher.

£1,400 per week avg (6k per month avg.)  - Also plenty want conservatory roof cleans, f/s/g cleans etc.
Generally 8.30am - 3pm so plenty of room to bring more in.

All good payers, mostly online, some cash and a few cheque, no collecting.
