England flags in windows

Has anyone had to miss windows beacuse of England flags? I had to miss 2 windows today as I couldnt put the pole on them. Should I still charge them?? ;)

 but to answer your question on charging for the windows, I personally charge, but there will be guy's on here that won't, the final decision is yours.

I found this week to be a pain with flags one customer had a few out so i thought what the hell its hot im going to clean the window anyway and i did.
Collected her tonight and she did not say anything.
