Run marks kingspan cladding

Hi guys anybody know a solution 
To this we have a large area of kingspan tried various chem solutions looks better than it did but it's covered in black runs

Nothing seems to get them of.
Any ideas/seen it before?

Hi
Wfp,tfr, softwash, heavy duty degreaser,  etc.

Photos won't load as png files on phone.

Basically anywhere there is a reveal like window sills there's long black run marks .
