Possibly mate, don't know about Ireland but I have found that it's quite expensive to have it couriered.

May work out cheaper to collect a large amount in ya van

The above is spec on hypo for sale.....is benz concentrate the same % as this?

We have it hear in 20 ltr drums at 10% strength for £15 , just go carefull with it add the hypo to water not the other way round and use appropriate ppe it’s very good stuff
Have t used the Benz stuff I have Hurd good reports on it but it’s very expensive to the best of my knowledge it’s just hypo with a surfactant added and you pay a premium for it but maybe if you only use a small amount it might be worth it

yep ive used the benz stuff but this way its less than half the price

how do i make the quats mixture now?!! where do i find quats concentrate ......

trying to get more work softwashing in new year its a nice change from windows few days a month

I cannot believe their is not there is not a supplier of sodium hypo-chloride anywhere in Ireland.

It's not like it's something obscure or unusual. Almost any cleaning supplies outlet will sell it. It may have various trade names but it will be written on the label what it is.

Quats is a bit different we use algo clear pro it’s not the cheapest but it’s got a good track record and I feel confident selling what it will do to the customer , there are a number of this type of product on the market Ime sure others will say are just as good

We usually hypo a job clean it then apply  algo clear pro as a preventative , I tested this approach on my own house doing half with just hypo , the other half treated with algo clear after hypo wash down , this side did stay looking algy clear for about 10 months longer , we have done some properties with just the algo clear and allowing nature and time to do its thing it’s ok but I still feel you get better results by using hypo and washing it down

I dont want to open a can of worms but say an average 3 bed semi if you were to hypo gable end and then algoclear to prevent how much would you charge? I done a reasonably big detached house earlier this yr in blackwash only and charged €250 but obvs i wanting experience in softwashing so need houses tonget that on...

If my thirst for knowledge is becoming annoying feel free to tell me to p%ss off 🙈🙈🙈

No that’s fine it’s the only way we all learn we have been doing it about 4-5 years or so prices with us start from £250 for a 3 bed semi when I started I charged £200 but this is to cheap biggest job we did was £1500 6 bed detached but that included pressure washing paths and decking
If you are just doing a gable end price wise I would say £60-90 we tend to have some hypo in a drum left over from a previous job that’s already paid for so there’s little or no materials to add to the job price, however it’s a pain just doing a gable end and having to flush back pack and sprayer la ce thtough for such a small job but an avarage gable end shouldn’t take more than one to one and a half hours tops so it’s not bad money , hope this helps

Just noticed you said about algo clear after treatment we would charge extra for that probebly £40-50  again usually we have stuff left over from a previous job so it’s already paid for to spray the gable end won’t take more than 10 muinets
I certainly don’t class myself as an expert with soft washing we do do quite a bit of it but Ime still learning all the time a lot of people are very unhelpful and say it’s dangerous and you shouldn’t do this or that and won’t offer any help they just criticise I feel it’s good to share good and bad things as we will all learn and benefit from each other’s experience some treat softwashing like a black art just like ss did with solar panel cleaning dont clean a panel unless you have been on my course and are a subby for me or you will die !!!!!! Load of rubbish but you do need to take precautions I feel any safety issues and how to avoid them should be freely given to all , but some don’t subscribe to that Ime afrade
