had quiet a few customers buying cheap red cushions this year and the dye has come out on there suite too.
cant really blame the company where the furniture came from should have brought there cushions

Believe me Marks customers will complain about
anything.
She once had someone return a pair of trousers that
had worn at the seam, and vociferously demanded a refund.

Wow..

I have some M&S trousers which have bobbled next to the pockets.. I bought them in April.. and am reluctant to take them back.. wear and tear...

To be fair M&S ones last me the longest and fit well.. i'd never expect more than a year from trousers though that are worn 5 days a week.. (machine washable too).
