Box for trolly system
« on: October 15, 2017, 12:58:54 am »
Im making up a trolley system for a few softwashing jobs I have coming up. Where do I get the waterproof box people are using to house the battery, pump and controller? Cheers.

These guys will probably fit a proper chem pump and could save you the hassle. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/250-00-Window-Cleaning-Softwash-Trolley-System-Top-Spec-Lowest-Price-On-Ebay-/112575841434?hash=item1a360b049a:g:RwkAAOSwZcZZrT0Z
Cheers but I have everything bar the box.

Hence my post showing the box. Just choice the appropriate size for you

Yes, thank you for the pointer, I was struggling with what it's called so couldn't locate one. Any idea where to get the grommets for keeping the box waterproof while having holes in it for water in/out and power?

I just used silicone glue, when fitting those features and it seems to have done the job ok so far

Im currently using this one;
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/12V-100PSI-4L-Min-High-Pressure-Diaphragm-Water-Pump-For-RV-Caravan-Boat-Garden/252680148228?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

But reverting back to the origional pump but taking advice to cut the spring slightly. Ive just not had the spare time to have a play. Decided to switch back to this one as it had greater pressure//flow
