Survey Forms

Hi All,
       Does anyone use the carpet care Survey forms advertised in the NCCA newslink.If not could anyone tell me the best place to get my pre-clean survey forms from.

  P.s. Does anyone use the  NCCA information leaflets as a circular .

Hi Rob

I used the NCCA survey form for many years.

The terms and conditions on the reverse side have been drawn up originally by solicitors and checked out by Trading Standards

i used my own survey forms up untill 2 mths ago then i thiught id try the NCCA ones..

there easy to use once you get used to them a little busy at first with so many boxs but very professional, espically with the terms and conditions on the back

i just put one of my sticky labels on the front of the top copy
