« on: June 14, 2006, 03:29:27 pm »
Just trying to get the right wording for an acceptance form.........

We at ............. accept the terms & conditions set out by ...........cleaning, and wish service to begin on .............. signed............

How's that?

Thats there or there abouts, maybe if this is to compliment a quotation or likewise the reference may be made clearer for cross referencing

i.e. We at .................(The Client)accept the terms and conditions set out by ................(The Company)

This way at least if there is any cross related documents and you refere to yourself as Company or to the as Client there will be no area for confusion.

If I have confused you already  ;D

best wishes,
