Bissell (?) spray bar resurrection!!
« on: September 04, 2017, 12:25:17 pm »
All these threads on fan jets n sprays bars got me thinking last night to give this a second go.
A while ago i tried using a bissel spray bar on my 12inch brush that i used at the time with my gardiner back pack. I abondoned its use as the pump wasnt powerful enough to use with it and i didnt close down some of the cannons.
However i got my spare one back out and fixed it to my brush last night and tried it with my new trolley today and this is the results for ones who are interested

Then i simply used a soldering iron to close off the hole.

Just sorted it whilst sorting van for tomorrow (slacky!!!)
Ok according to my mrs fancy salter scales in a minute the pump n bar gives me 2492ml per min.
So lets call it 2.5 lpm.

This is my power hungry pump tho; http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/High-Pressure-Diaphragm-Self-Priming-Water-Pump-12V-130Psi-5-5Lpm-80W-For-Garden-/121998802750?txnId=182605951500

Haha just clicked on link to see if it works n notice hes put price upto 114 when i paid £14 for it. He must have ran out at moment.
