Picked up a custy 8 weeks ago, from fb.
Nice lady, nice house.
Quoted on 8 weekly. Cleaned once aswell as a fsg job with first clean.
Text this morning to say I will be cleaning today. Turned up. Got gear out about to start cleaning.
She came out (shes polish of something)
Claimed shes did not order anything..
Me : Im your window cleaner.
Her: ... MESSER.
Me: FUMING , crossing her off my worksheet  as I threw my pole in back of van and speeding off.

Why on earth do people make it so hard at times?..
If she wanted a one off why dont they just bloody say so.. winds me up for the morning...grrrr

That is just crap and I'd be upset too.
Nowadays, I ALWAYS charge more for a first clean, so if they dump you on visit no.2, then at least you're not out of pocket.
Also, I never clean for ANYONE who does not understand good English. Explaining the concept of pure water and how it dries clean is hard enough, but to explain it to someone who does not understand good English, can be misconstrued and lead to problems.
