We are a well established commercial cleaning company, however we get a lot of end of tenancy cleans which we would like to sub contract out our jobs to a good cleaning company. A few things required before we partner up:
1-You must not have your own company logo
2-You must be representing our company at all times
3- You cannot contact our client after the job has been done
4 Payment will be done after client pays , usually less than a week
5- You will need to sign a contract with us
6 You must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment
7 You invoice us and we bank transfer to you the funds
We are based in Battersea so we cover Zones 1-4
We also may have requirements for you to carry out the following:
Communal cleaning
End of refurbishment cleans
