I have a friend who is a skin care consultant.
She asked me if I was wearing sun cream in this heat and I said no!
A lot of her customers have skin cancer, which may have been avoided by wearing a good quality sun cream/lotion.
Naturally she advised a skin product and I am using it. It's not until you get older that the damage becomes clear.
Please guys, get some good sun cream going, and a hat.
